NO SYRUPS & ADDITIVES
Our honey does not contain any syrups and other additives, which means it is 100% natural. We belong to those rare companies in EU that can really confirm the naturality of the honey sold. We make NMR test (nuclear magnetic resonance) on every honey batch in one of the most reliable and well-known laboratories in EU, the QSI laboratory in Germany. The NMR test is the most precise and comprehensible test for detection of fake honey in the world. You can find the NMR test results for every honey batch in the Quality Report section.
100% ALL NATURAL HONEY
We do not process our honey under high temperatures, thus it contains all vitamins, enzymes and minerals. We do not use high heat of over 40 degrees Celsius in the packaging process. This means that honey is not processed under high temperatures and is “Raw”. The evidence of this is the HMF value in the set of analyses and certificates. The HMF value of our honey is usually about 5 mg/kg. Such value is characteristic of fresh raw honey.

Among all companies on the market, we offer a complete set of documents on each honey batch, which proves the safety of our honey. Our Honey Does not Contain Antibiotics, Pesticides, Veterinary Drugs or Additives. Each honey batch undergoes testing for a huge number of safety indicators in an independent laboratories. The QSI laboratory in Germany, which is one of the worlds re-nounced labs for testing honey.

We supply natural homogenized polyfloral honey packed in a standard package – metal barrels 200 liters which are absolutely ecological, suitable for food and ensure safety of contents during transportation.
Only experienced beekeepers which are located in ecologically clean regions of Ukraine are our permanent partners.
In order to monitor quality of product at all the stages of the manufacturing, we established own laboratory. Highly-skilled professionals conduct a wide range of analyses using innovative equipment and techniques. It allows us to provide preliminary analysis on the absence of antibiotics and other extraneous substances from all beekeepers and make re-examination of prepared lot.
Special attention is paid to compliance of our product to world quality standards and meeting the EU requirements so “VRM-AHRO” LLC also collaborates with independent international laboratories: Quality Services International GmbH and Intertek Food Services GmbH. At a client’s request, we can send product samples for additional testing.
Company as experienced honey collector offers its partners economize on price due to the absence of mediators and with help of direct delivery to the buyer provided by reliable transport operators. These can be road or sea carriers as usual.

Making honey is a complex and unique process and is produced in several stages

Information
Raw Honey
Raw honey is honey that has not been pasteurised (heat treated) above 45C and has not had its pollen filtered out.
It frequently crystallises quickly due to its high pollen content.
Examples of raw honey include raw honey sold on the internet, in independent food shops and local honey sold at farmers markets.
Organic Honey
Organic honey is honey that is free of chemicals and antibiotics.
Organic honey has been independently certified to come from a bee hive that is 5 to 8 miles away from the nearest artificial chemical source, i.e. roads, factories, houses, etc.
This is why no honey produced in the UK is organic, because it is not possible to place bee hives
It is illegal to sell or market a honey as “organic” if it has not been certified by a government approved organic control body.
If a honey labelled as “organic” does not have the code of the certifier, e.g. GB-ORG-04, DE-OKO-001, etc. on the label, then it is not organic.

The True Source program provides audits by NSF, an internationally recognized third-party audit firm that certifies the source of honey from hive to manufacturer. It requires honey packers and exporters to maintain a system to analyze honey purity.
